Here at New Century Care we pride ourselves on our distinctive and particular approach to care. We know that each person in our care are individuals and have experienced many things in their lifetime and have many enviable talents. We want to continue each persons growth and encourage people in our care to continue doing the things they love.
We offer excellent accommodation, great home-cooked food and all the help you need to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
Our aim is to provide an environment where you can retain your dignity, independence, privacy and respect to which you are accustomed, for as long as you are in our care.
To this end we provide expertise in the use of such equipment and techniques that will be of assistance in everyday life.
We are very keen on offering a wide variety of choices of activities in all our homes, including days out by the sea, in-home Bingo, visits from a hairdresser and afternoon tea in the lounge.
At all times staff are on hand to provide not only a professional service but also a friendly and sympathetic ear. All our staff are trained to the highest standards and pride themselves in the care we provide to all our guests.
If you choose to stay with us, you will have your own key-worker to support you as well as a specifically designed plan just for you which is regularly reviewed to ensure that any changes in your well-being are documented and understood by all.
